Berri has 10+ years of professional writing experience, ranging from traditional copywriting, to social media and UX writing, to Conversation Design and prompting for AI. This site is a showcase of her latest projects.
Outside of work, Berri spends her time savoring every second with her beloved corgi, reading books in her backyard hammock, and photographing flowers on urban hikes.
CONVERSATION DESIGN
Berri began her journey into Conversation Design on the Alexa Shopping team at Amazon, where she was tasked with infusing more personality and delight into shopping conversations with Alexa. This led to a foundational learning of VUI/Conversation Design, and eventually Berri joined the Rufus Shopping AI Design team as a Conversation Designer.

Berri began her writing career as a traditional copywriter, concepting and writing radio and TV scripts, plus a bit of branding and packaging copy. As the landscaped evolved, Berri moved into more digital writing for social media, display ads, and websites. Currently, she handles copywriting for the Rufus Shopping AI marketing and brand team, as well as marketing campaigns for the Amazon Lens feature.
